Property Termite Tenting

Aloha, After multiple discussions between Board members, Owners, and the AOAO, the Termite Tenting dates will remain set in August as listed on the Owner's calendar. It has come to light that too many Owners, Renters and Long term tenants have already made arrangements with Pets and with off property accommodations or travel during this tenting period. It was a decision that we arrived at after an attempt to change the dates. This is why we give as much notice as possible. ( 8 full months ). We do understand that any dates set will not be able to accommodate the whole of our ownership, renters, and/or long term tenants. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
