Welcome,  This site is intended to provide a forum that will allow for better communication and easier access to important documents and forms.  

On this website, you'll find items such as announcements, board meeting approved minutes, annual budget information, reserve studies, and other important documents such as House Rules, Bylaws and the Declarations of Horizontal Property Regimes.

We'd like to thank all of the owners who initially gave us input regarding what you would like to see on a website. A special mahalo goes to our owner and board member for donating website development talents and expertise. For owners who have renters or vacationers, you can direct them to this location and they can view the sections that are free from password protection. All of the Owner's Area documents are password-protected to maintain the confidentiality of our owners.
