Items of interest March 2016

Happy Easter. The newly formed Board has hit the ground running, and there are a lot moving pieces along with quite a bit of information transfer going on. We hope you all received the communication that went out a couple of days ago. We must assume, if you are here and reading this then the answer is yes.

The purpose of this blog is to inform owners about some of the monthly activities and goings on at our property. A lot of our owners do not live on site and it is our hope to have this be something to check in on.

The palm trees were recently trimmed and RM Paul continues to dial in the watering of the property changing out sprinkler heads due to our on going pressure issues. All the hedges have been replanted, and the Pool Deck repainting will happen soon weather permitting.
