Just a Quick Note - Flat Roof Repair

The Board has approved a contract with Ram Roofing for the flat roof project. Permit applications are being prepared for submission. If all goes well in the acquisition of these permits, the contractor can start this project the first part of June. My letter is to provide you with this updated information as well as to give you advance notice that there will be some noise during the summer months. When we have specific dates, you will be notified.
